Do I need a valid prescription to order glasses?
Yes, a current and valid prescription from a licensed optometrist is required for all prescription eyewear orders.
How do I find my frame size?
Frame sizes are usually printed on the inside of the temple arm. You can also use our online fit guide to find the perfect dimensions for your face.
Can I put new lenses into my existing frames?
We offer lens replacement services for most frames, provided they are in good structural condition. Please visit a store or contact support for a frame inspection.
Do you offer blue light blocking lenses?
Yes, we offer high-quality blue light filtering coatings that can be added to any prescription or non-prescription lenses.
How should I clean my lenses?
Use a microfiber cloth and a dedicated lens cleaning spray. Avoid using paper towels, tissues, or household detergents which can scratch the coatings.
Do you accept vision insurance?
We accept most major vision insurance providers. You can apply your benefits directly at checkout or request an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
