We want you to love your look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the eyewear in its original case and packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
